Customers ask us all the time; what is the significance of 825? Andy Young, the front man, would joke that it’s the company’s work ethic – 8 days a week, 25 hours a day. The truth is the company was spawned out of Andy’s love for helping others. The 825 is actually a date in time when his true love and life came together in one momentous occasion. His inspiration came to him. This lead to a new kind of company, focused on building strong relationships in the community and giving Central Ohio a better option for their Technological needs. Andy’s moment of inspiration came to him on 8-25-03. Her name…Rachel Young.
Mission statements in business can be very one dimensional, usually saying something about an employee’s quality of life and profitability. Although these things are very important, 825 doesn’t have a mission statement, but rather a life philosophy: Serve God, cherish your family, love people, and try to have some fun along the way. This creates an atmosphere of sincerity and a fantastic experience for the customer. If you call 825 you’ll probably get to meet the owner and you will definitely get fantastic technological support, but most importantly we will demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm in helping you.
